I don’t write reviews often but I want other women, like myself, who are looking for a surgeon, to see this. I found Dr Sahar while doing a search, not knowing any doctors in So Ca and scheduled an appointment. I liked him and his credentials are excellent. He performed an extremely complex 4-1/2 hour surgery on me. That was 4 days ago. I have not experienced any post op pain at all. I took 3 1/2 tablets of an opioid for 1 day because I kept thinking that pain was going to start. I stopped taking anything the 2nd day. Today, Dr Sahar removed my dressings and there is no bruising, no evidence of an incision and my breasts look beautiful. Dr. Sahar is amazing!!!!!!! Last year my 95 year old Mother face planted on the cement sidewalk and had to have major plastic surgery on her face. Thank god Dr. Sahar was on call that weekend. Doctor Sahar is by far the kindest, most patient-forward and fantastic surgeon in Los Angeles! My son ended up in the ER, and we were lucky enough he was the surgeon on call. He knew exactly how to speak to a 10 year old, ensured he wasn’t in pain during the procedure, and did the most thorough job. I also love that he explained to me what he was doing through each step. He’s really a gem of a surgeon and the opposite of what you would expect of one personality wise!

My follow ups have been in his office where we are treated with kindness and smiles by all the staff. Marisol in particular was super friendly to me and my son on every visit. Cannot tell you how nice it is to go in to what’s usually not a fun appointment, and feel happy and well taken care of.

Dr Sahar is sensitive, understanding, experienced and informative. He explains everything in a way that you can easily understand, answers all of your questions, and in fact encourages them. Dr.Sahar has a solution oriented approach. I had previously visited three other reconstructive surgeons who were very discouraging regarding the procedure I wanted done.
When I presented the list to Dr. Sahar, he acknowledged the issues cited but offered a solution for each one. His approach is grounded in facts and medical research. He explained his thinking, using illustrations, graphs, and research statistics.
I felt very confident going in for the procedure.
The aftercare has been amazing. Dr. Sahar was available to answer all my questions and concerns, personally calling me,
on weekends and after-hours. I am still in recovery but I am very
satisfied with the results thus far. Dr. Sahar handled a complicated surgical procedure that few other reconstructive surgeons would take on with skill and compassion. I was given a time line for my follow up procedures, which allowed me to plan when to return to work and resume normal activities.

I’m doing this review on behalf for my husband we’re residents from Las Vegas, My husband suffered amputation of his nose which required a surgery called nose flap and reconstruction along the way. In Las Vegas there was no hope to get further surgery unfortunately we don’t have medical insurance a very expensive one too. I’m a 61-year-old Breast Cancer Survivor, who underwent a left breast mastectomy in June 2023. I had my original augmentation here almost 20 years ago! When I decided to have my implants replaced, a lift and a slight reduction to the left side to make it symmetrical, I knew exactly where to go.
Edith, the receptionist and assistant is amazing with being communicative. I want to start off by saying thank you to Dr.Sahar and his team! From the start of my consultation Dr. Sahar made me feel so comfortable and at ease about my procedure. I removed a large birthmark from my arm in September and only had about 1 month of healing time before my wedding. Thank god and the care of Dr. Sahar, I didn’t encounter any complications or infections. I am 2 months post op and in love with my results so far. This was my first time having lipo and a BBL done. I was scared/ nervous because it really does depend on the doctor you choose as well as how you take care of yourself post surgery. Edith booked my appointment and she was sweet. Dr .Sahar is super knowledgeable gave me realistic expectations for my specific case. He was so detail oriented in my consultation that I couldn't think of any questions because he had answered them already. He made me feel super comfortable with going under the knife, which is huge for me. I am a nurse who was seen by Dr David Sahar for my breast reduction related to back pain. Dr Sahar was very kind, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns very professionally and accurately. We talked about the pros and cons. He made sure I was medically cleared by having me get my EKG, mammogram, physical and blood work done. He went over pre and post op care and called to check on my progress post op. When I woke up from anesthesia, he was next to me! That was the best feeling to know that he cared for his patients to be there even after the job was done. I strongly recommend Dr. David Sahar. I have worked with other Drs but this Dr is exceptional.

I had a great breast augmentation experience with Dr. Sahar! Previously, I had a lumpectomy which left a pocket in my breast. I could feel my chest wall while in the lying down position (due to the nature of natural breasts that fall slightly to each side), that was not a pleasant feeling.

When it came time for me to try on various sizes of sample implants, I remember settling on 340ccs for each breast. My only concern to Dr. Sahar was that I didn’t want them sticking out too much. When the time came for my surgery, I wound up with 320ccs based on my body structure and Dr. Sahar’s expertise which ended up being the perfect size I was hoping they’d be and the pocket in my breast is now filled nicely!

Recovery wasn’t terribly painful (unless I have a high tolerance)! 🤷‍♀️ I wound up taking 1 muscle relaxer only because my lower back was achy from sleeping in the upright position through the night. Otherwise, I don’t like the foggy mind feeling associated with pain meds. I’m super grateful for my experience and would like to thank Dr. Sahar and his staff for the smooth process.

Dr. Sarah’s bedside manner is on point. I came to him wanting a breast augmentation. He is kind, warm, calm, and friendly. He listen to my concerns and needs, he offered his advice and opinion. He also asked his surgical nurse’s opinion in helping me decide what I was comfy with in size. As he was very aware, woman need and want the opinion, advice and criticism from other woman in deciding what they want their bodies look like. He suggested being safe in my size, as he wanted to take precautions in making sure my health was his number one priority. Dr. Sahar is a reputable conservative Doctor that wants only the best for his patients. I am thankful I was directed in his path. After meeting him, I chose him to be my Dr. He helped me decide and feel comfortable and confident in my body. I am very appreciative to him and his staff. His staff is amazing.
